What is storeWALL made of?

StoreWALL is an attractive, solid core, closed cell polymer extrusion. The engineered panel is a polyvinyl that is resistant to sunlight, is static resistant and water proof. It requires modern technologies to create a storage panel system that is tough enough for any application.

What are my installation options?

StoreWALL can be mounted to a wall as a temporary, changeable or permanent installation. StoreWALL can be installed over existing walls, on concrete bricks or bare studs in new construction.

How easy is storeWALL to install?

StoreWALL can be easily installed by one person. A 2400mm x 380mm storeWALL panel is only 7.25kg. It is easy to transport to the site and convenient to install. HangUps can speed and simplify your installation.

What is a HangUp?

HangUps are storeWALL's hidden fastener system. Use two HangUps to position a single panel or lay out an entire wall. Use more HangUps for quick change panels and an architectural, hidden fastener installation.

What tools do I need?

Common hand and power tools are all that's necessary for a professional installation. Any fabrication technique used with solid wood can be used with storeWALL. StoreWALL can be drilled, cut, routed or shaped just like wood. It can be sanded, nailed, screwed and glued.

How tough is storeWall?

The storeWALL material was engineered to be strong, tough and durable. It is not affected by water, dirt, dust or harsh environments. StoreWALL is stain resistant. Wood grains and colors are solid core, an integral part of the material. This makes scratches, dings and gouges almost impossible to see.

How difficult is storeWall to maintain?

Easy! StoreWALL comes clean with a damp cloth and can be washed using any commercially available cleaner. It can be disinfected with household bleach (great for laboratory and medical applications). 'Permanent' markers come off with lacquer thinner. Small scratches disappear with an acetone wipe. Stubborn blemishes or discolorations can be sanded, steel wooled or polished to match the rest of the panel. Instant and invisible repairs (if ever needed) are accomplished with "super-glue" leaving the panel as strong as before.

Can I use storeWALL outside?

StoreWALL is weather proof. It is not affected by water, dirt or dust. StoreWALL resists the effects of sunlight and is UV resistant. StoreWALL can be used in fresh and salt water environments. StoreWALL opens a whole new world of storage and display!

Can storeWALL be reused?

StoreWALL is an extremely durable, solid core material that will keep looking good for years. If you move, simply unscrew the panel from the wall and take it with you. Is storeWALL good for the planet?

What are the stock storeWALL panel sizes?

An individual storeWALL panel is 380mm high and available in 1200mm and 2400mm lengths. Panels are 18mm thick. A 2400mm panel covers 0.925 square metres and weighs 7.25kg. A 1200mm panel covers 0.48square metres and weighs 3.6kg.
